| The Shahan Ranch is a family run ranch that prides itself on providing a high level of expertise in the cutting horse industry. Owner Wes Shahan is an extremely skilled horseman being born and raised on San Jose Cattle Co. He has won many aged events including the NCHA Non-Pro Futurity, NCHA Non-Pro Five-Year-Old Classic, and NCHA Non-Pro Six-Year-Old Challenge. Wes was also inducted into the NCHA Non-Pro Hall of Fame in 2006. Wes Shahan is currently training and showing outside horses. The Dream The Shahan Ranch is an extension of a dream that Wes and his father, Art Shahan, had together. The passing of Art pushed Wes to continue the vision, therefore, continuing his father's legacy. Art will always be remembered for his tremendous knowledge of bloodlines and conformation. He was a life member of AQHA and NCHA. |
